This cabin is located a mile off the parkway, 2 miles from Dolly Wood and only about 8 miles from the entrance to Smoky Mountain National Park. Townsend, TN 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, 4 Guests This adorable cabin is located in East Tennessee near Smoky Mountain National Park in the quaint little town of Townsend. Neighborhood amenities include a swimming pool, fitness center and golf course. We haven't gotten to visit the property personally, but the owner has stayed at our 12 South Carriage House and remains a favorite guest of ours. If you're looking for something in East TN that is slightly larger than our Sweet Retreat, this is the spot! |

THE LAKE PAD AT CENTER HILL LAKE
Smithville, TN 3 bedrooms + bunk room, sleeps 10 The owners of The Lake Pad are kind, funny and engaging people who care deeply about their guests' experiences. I have personally had the opportunity to enjoy all that the Lake Pad has to offer and I know you'll have just as amazing an experience as I did. Situated on a bluff above Center Hill Lake there are stunning lake views from every window. The space itself is full of natural light, comfortable and beautiful. Perfect for a group of friends or family, you'll definitely want to book this for your next weekend (or week!) at the lake. |

She is kind, professional, and the sort of person that makes you feel like the most important person in the world. She and her husband Jim just opened this fantastic place on Center Hill lake just a little outside Nashville and I've no doubt that they will host the same way they work and conduct their lives: with grace, attention to detail and kindness. FAMILY FRIENDLY BEACH CONDO
North Myrtle Beach, SC 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath, 12 Guests A girl I went to high-school with recently posted on her Facebook that her family had bought a beach condo they were planning to renovate and short-term rent. My interest was immediately piqued and I LOVED following along on her renovation update. The end product is absolutely stunning and looks like it fell out of a magazine. The condo building itself is right on the beach so you can head out the door and spend the day waterfront or enjoy the view from the deck if you need to just relax. Truly gorgeous and I can't wait to plan a trip! |

Lake Atitlan, Guatemala Choose from five eco-luxury suites that each sleep 2 adults with a private bathroom. My husband and I stayed in this amazing slice of Central American Heaven on a 2014 trip to Guatemala and I've been referring friends and strangers alike ever since. This eco-friendly establishment was built on a coffee farm purchased by a lovely Canadian couple and is an assortment of private bungalows that dot the hillside overlooking Lake Atitlan. Since our visit they have added several new bungalows and completed construction on their restaurant/central lobby structure. We can't wait to return! |
