This is our second time to be honored with inclusion in a feature list by AirBnB and we are truly blown away to have been part of this group of ten properties worldwide selected to showcase their "top 1% of properties!"  With around 7.7 MILLION active listings on AirBnB around the world (as of February 2024), we realize how incredibly blessed we are to be on this list and so thankful to get to share our hospitality and our little slice of Nashville with the world.  Thank you so much!

We were incredibly honored to be name the #1 most hospitable host by AirBnB News! 

"...we sought to find and honor the absolute best of the best, in each of the 50 US states. To identify the most hospitable amongst our tenured Hosts in the US for the 2021 list, we set a high bar. Here are our criteria:
  1. Hosts had to have achieved 100% 5-star ratings in the following categories: Cleanliness, Check-in and Communication.
  2. To raise the bar even further, we set the minimum number of reviews at 100. 
  3. Many states had more than one Host who achieved this incredible standard of 100% in all three categories. To narrow it down to the “most hospitable” Host in those states with more than one qualifying Host, the tiebreaker went to whomever had the greatest number of reviews."
