LAST UPDATED TUES, MARCH 29:
There are a few construction projects going on in the 12 South neighborhood including a new water main and various building projects. Work is sporadic and infrequent and we don't anticipate it being an issue for our guests at all, but want to provide this info just so you can be aware.
While the construction process is unfortunately out of our hands, please know we will continue to provide the highest level of hospitality possible to all of our guests during this process which includes communicating updates to the best of our ability. We do provide a white noise machine on the nightstand in case you find that helpful. We appreciate your patience and look forward to hosting you!

- 21st Century Bookstore Site - demo began on Feb 18th on this site at the end of our street that spans the block of 12th Avenue South from Paris Avenue to Dallas Avenue. So far, the project has not caused traffic or noise inconveniences to our guests but the potential is there as the project continues this Spring. We are excited that this redeveloped space will bring a new restaurant and several retail shops plus additional parking to this prime corner when it is finished. For more information on this project, click HERE. So far, there have only been 5 total days of work on this project in a one month time frame, so we really are not concerned about this being an issue right now. Work typically takes place Mon-Fri from 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. Noise levels during these times fluctuates. Work typically does not occur in rainy weather. Guests who plan to spend the mornings and afternoons exploring Nashville or who visit on the weekends should not experience any inconvenience.
- Water Main & Road projects - these projects tend to move around and not affect our guests at all from a noise perspective. You may need to be patient when crossing the street or cut down a side street if you're driving through the neighborhood.
