Located between 12th Ave South, Lealand Ave, & Kirkwood Avenue

​What’s Going On: soccer field, walking path, lots of playground equipment for kids, basketball & tennis courts, historic home, etc.
Tips: Depending on when you visit, check out the park for fun events such as Sevier Park Fest in May, Concerts in the Park late summer/early fall and other seasonal happenings. There’s also a Farmer’s Market every Tuesday during the late spring, summer and fall.

What’s Going On: Fantastic gym facilities. We love the exercise classes ($3 each!) and the workout room w/ treadmills, free weights, and other machines…also only $3 per visit to use.
Tips: Hours of operation are: Monday through Thursday; 6:00 am to 8:30 pm, Friday; 6:00 am to 7:30 pm, Saturday; 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Bring cash for classes/gym usage.

I BELIEVE IN NASHVILLE MURAL

What’s Going On: Painted in 2012, 12South is home to the original “I Believe In Nashville” mural. Unless you snap a photo next to this iconic spot and post it on instagram, it’ll be hard to prove to your friends you were ever here at all.
Tips: You’ll need a friend or a kind passer-by to snap your picture...selfie sticks just don’t do the trick of capturing the whole mural.
