coronavirus (COVID-19) affected travel
The events of the past few months have been quite surreal and hard to get our heads around, and as a travel company we've definitely felt the impact, so we wanted to create a resource to help you plan future travel. We are happy to be re-opened for business and are operating on the following policies:
Should our circumstances change, we will be sure to update this page with the most current information! We hope to host you soon.

- Our already stringent cleaning practices now include thorough disinfecting of all television remote controls, light switches, doorknobs, cabinet knobs, the handle in the stairwell, and other frequently-touched-but-less-obvious surfaces in-between each guest. Should you have questions or concerns about disinfected surfaces, please don't hesitate to ask, or feel free to utilize the Clorox wipes stored below the kitchen sink.
- We encourage our guests to safeguard themselves by frequent and thorough handwashing, avoiding contact with infected persons, covering your coughs and sneezes wearing a mask in public, and avoiding large crowds. We also encourage you to cancel your travel plans if you feel you might be infected.
- Should you need to cancel your trip because your reason for coming to Nashville is no longer happening, we certainly understand. Our normal cancellation policy is the AirBnB "Moderate" policy where you can get a full refund - minus any taxes or fees due to AirBnB - if you cancel up to 5 days before your check-in-date. Click here for the full details on the AirBnB Moderate cancellation policy. Unfortunately we do not have control over the taxes and fees paid to AirBnB as we do not receive any of that money.
- For symptoms and other important and accurate information on this illness, please consult the CDC Website Symptom guide and information link.
- You can click here to find information on Nashville's re-opening plan. Most local attractions such as Cheekwood Gardens, Nashville Zoo and other points of interest require that you book your tickets ahead of time online. Due to capacity limits, we recommend you book your tickets prior to your trip. Also, many restaurants are limited to carry-out, outdoor seating, or very limited indoor capacity and most places require a mask. We strongly encourage you to do your research before planning your trip to ensure that you can enjoy a smooth visit!
